Samuel received his Associates at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He continued to cook and farm for Thomas Keller, David Bouley, and Tory Miller in New York, California, and Wisconsin. He now lives in Napa, with his wife, Haleigh and son, Henry. Sam is an avid gardener, home cook, and wine collector. He is currently studying for his Securities Exams and Insurance Licenses including Life, Long Term Care, and Disability, while (serving or working) as a para-planner and analyst at Harvest Financial. Having a family, a home and Michelin Restaurant Tenure under his belt, Sam has the focus, work ethic, and adaptability needed to traverse the current financial landscape.
